Has anyone taken a crack at adding some new terrain types to the game, say things like Rough/Broken, Streams, Marsh, or Bog?

Interesting idea. Marshlands would have a nasty effect on Helltanks. Possibly need extra rules for getting stuck/immobilised.

I figure lighter T Class units, like Raiders, would have a chance to get stuck/bogged down in Bogs, and their movement rate would be greatly reduced. Heavier units like Guns and Helltanks would get stuck. Hover class units and Hawk Teams would pretty much ignore the terrain.

For Rough/Broken terrain, T Class units would have to expend additional movement points to enter/travel through a hex. Hawk teams wouldn't have an issue either.

Hover class units and Hawk Teams would be able be able to travel freely while T Class units would be prohibited.

Another idea is for an Unimproved Road. It wouldn't provide any type of movement bonus, but units would ignore the surrounding terrain.

And I keep thing that there should be rules for some type of structures in the game. Things like Bridges, Dams, Strongpoints, or something similar. If nothing else, they could serve as the objective in a scenario.
