What scale are axis and allies, or fortress america figures?

Thanks!

EDIT: Just the infantry, not the vehicles(they're obviously not to scale!)

The troops figures are close to a 1/72nd scale. Most of the tanks are closer to a 1/200th scale.

I just stood a couple of figures consisting of the "F.A." Infantry and a 1/72nd Infantry next to one another, while the former only raises up to "shoulder height" of the latter. The bases on these are the same thickness, so it would seem that the smaller guy is around 1/76th or less in overall size comparison, like 1/80th maybe? Even the "F.A." Infantry from the later *spun*-'style' are the same size as the previous ones, while those do have an altogether entirely new L@@K for these.
