We have sent out the survey for the project. The only thing you can do is to complete your address details. We have also left the option to change your address open, so you can edit that in the future if needed.
In a few weeks we will open the Pledge Manager for the project, where you can add any add-ons that you did not choose during the campaign, as well as other company products which were not available in the campaign. Furthermore, you will be able to write down any special inquiry that you have for your pledge.
The Pledge Manager will remain open for quite some time after its launch, so everyone has the chance to check it out and add what they need.

Now, if you have backed the project you will find an email notifying you for the Pledge Manager. If you haven't backed, keep reading to see where you can go to participate to the campaign!
What if I don’t see the email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your “Promotions” tab. If you still can’t find it, search your inbox for “Pledge Manager”
In case that doesn’t work:
- Click – https://mage.pledgemanager.com/projects/carrotia/
- Click “Request New Invite”
- Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)
- Wait at least 10 minutes – then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies
- And if that doesn’t work, check the FAQ page @ https://mage.pledgemanager.com/projects/carrotia/ and submit a support request.
There’s something wrong with my pledge!
That’s not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can submit a support request at https://mage.pledgemanager.com/projects/carrotia/ or send us a message directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look at it for you.
What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not been shipped, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to Pledge Manager and make the appropriate change. However, if you change your country, additional shipping costs may apply.
If I have a friend who missed the project, can they still join?
