I like the concept and want to try more out. Conditions:

- no real time
- plays well at 4 or 6 players. I don't care as much for other counts.
- 1-2 hours, less better.
- no player elimination

Games I've tried and disliked:
Tichu (and games of that card-point ilk)
Captain Sonar
Sequence (it was okay)
1VMany (I want even teams or at least no one alone)
Codenames

Games I'm curious about:
Ticket to Ride Expansion Team Asia
Small World 6p board
Cyclades Expansion Titans

Keep in mind I no longer have any of these base games though and dislike their base games.

Concept
Time's Up! Title Recall! (though this features timed rounds, which I guess you could label real time)
Quartermaster General
Homeland: The Game

How about any co-op game where it's one player team versus the game (no one is on their own)? Pandemic?

Left-field option: Thunder Alley (each player controls a team of cars)

I don't know if an english version is in works, but SOL is a team vs team game, up to 4 vs 4.

You might want to consider Pandemic In the Lab. There's a team variant.

Have you tried BSG? The teams are hidden, but still teams.

Bridge? or does Dummy count as player elimination.

I really like Ticket to Ride Team Asia.

There are classic card games that work with four players, like 500 (the one similar to Euchre, not the rummy one).

You can play a team variant of Memoir '44. It works with two teams of 3, and maybe with two teams of 2, but it really is best with two teams of 4.

The only other team games that come to mind for me are already mentions: Flick 'em Up! and Space Cadets Dice Duel. I am interested in Dice duel but have not played it, and I enjoyed Flick 'em Up! but since it is a dexterity game, it is not what you want if you are looking for a Euro Team Game.

Alternatively, I have played games like darts with teams, so I would think you could do something similar with Crokinole.

Oh, yes, How could I forget 1775: Rebellion and 1812: The Invasion of Canada

I own 1812, and in that one there are two sides. One side is the US team, made up of a US Militia player and a US Regular (the army) player. The other team is made up of the British Regulars (Redcoat army), the Canadian Militia, and the Native Americans (First Nations).

You can play it as a two player, but it can be fun to get 5 people to play this.

Neuroshima Hex plays well with 2 teams of 2. Not so much with 3 teams.

I don't know how it plays out or much about the game other than Tom Vasel loves it and it is a game you can play as teams: Duel of Ages II.

Star Wars: Rebellion: it is essentially a 2 player game that can be played as teams.

The Resistance: has teams, but they aren't even.
Same thing goes for One Night Ultimate Werewolf, Shadow Hunters
