I know that the rules say to ignore the other powers if playing 2p.
But.. that doesn't seem 'right'. Yes we could imagine that they both declared neutrality - but it takes much away from the experience you'd get if you were playing 4-player.

Just wondering if anyone tried playing 2 powers together (but playing each separately) or otherwise automating / AI'ing some of the 3rd & 4th players moves?

"If you want to play with two players, you might each take one major power then assign another power to each player at random. Every turn, roll a die to see of the minors switch sides."
