Afternoon all,

I'm trying to find some card holders in the UK but really struggling and think it may come down to buying Ticket To Ride Asia as i can see that comes with 4 or 5 of them even tho i told my Wife i would refrain from buying more games at the moment.

Hopefully someone can point me to some or something similar they use, It's just my 7 year old daughter has started playing games with us and it would make it a lot easier for her.

Thanks anyone that helps.

perhaps not any better but another option may be seeing if you can find a used Rummikub at a thrift store.
Another thought you may not have had that might help is to ask a nursing home. Where my grandma lived had a fairly popular card playing group and they ended up having a nurse go out and buy some easy hand of card holders. It's an item the occasional walmart around here will have but if they don't and you ask for help looking for one the workers are just completely stumped.
I think this is what they had:

If you are willing to buy a game just to get card holders, consider Hanabi Extra (if its availible in uk) https://boardgamegeek.com/image/1855233/hanabi I also recommend the game, its cheaper and it has 5 card holders.

Search on ebay for "playing card holder"
I found holder called "Able2 Playing Card Holder Clear Plastic Strip Ideal for Bridge Card Games" but cant link it here
Its not cheap solution but it might be what are you looking for

there are some cute kids projects you can find and some project you could do, also card holder is nothing more than piece of wood with a cut (if you dont have proper tools your friendly neighbour might do... or there is always some profesional who shouldnt charge you much)

For cheaper solutions

This thread from last week gave many suggestions, some with photos. I know it's not the U.K., but I think it could lead you in the right direction.

Sounds like your wife already holds all the cards...

Hey my daughter uses either one of these two depending on her mood and they both work great.

Djeco cat card holder: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Djeco-Cat-Card-Holder/dp/B00TTI5T50...

Obviously not that price, just google it and you will find for a couple of quid elsewhere. This one has been going strong for two years now

or she uses a blue stand one:

I didn't buy it from here but was just the first pic of the same one as not sure what make it is :-)
