Has anyone removed the pole supporting his foot? Is he still pretty stable? I'm going to paint him and that's pretty unsightly. Thanks!

What are you guys using to remove it? Just an exacto knife?

I just used clippers and then filed it down to smooth, I have a tendancey to cut myself too easily so I avoid the exacto when I can... It was pretty easy to do, I would say even a beginner modler would have no issues.

I've been holding off, waiting to hear any reports of drooping.

Nice to know it's held up so far for folks!

Hm... I think I will end up adding a clear acrylic support. Has anyone done this yet and can share some experience?

Four months without the support and zero signs of drooping, it gets used at least once a week with some non-gamers moving it around (read non-gentle). It rarely gets put away in its box, so it has been standing for the vast majority of those four months. At this point I highly doubt there will ever be an issue with it.

i think i will use milliput and form it into some remains, that he just stepped on and now stick under his foot
Add some bloody flavour and keep it stable.
