I've sent emails to both firstname.lastname@example.org and USSales@battlefront.co.nz regarding my game board which has started peeling after one play (noticed it after opening the box for a second play) about 2.5-3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Is there another email or web page with a form to fill out that I should be contacting instead? Thanks.
Any luck with this? My copy came with a damaged card and yeah, their email addresses are worthless.
Yes, though it took a while. After about 3 weeks and 2 emails to each of the possible addresses I called the phone number listed above and the gentleman wad very nice. He explained that the company normally has 3 people who handle customer service claims and they normally look at them once per week. One if them is out ill, and apparently writing them additional emails simply resets your place in the service queue (I know, right)?
He told me they'd send me a board out the next day and that I'd be notified. Three days later there was no notification or board so I called again and left a message. A half hour later I received an email and I received the board the next day (there is some whitening on it unfortunately, but at least it's not peeling).
