More than 3 weeks ago I vreated a support ticktet, because one of the statues for the artifacts in the titan expansion was missing, when i bought the expansion. I soon got the following email:
I will send you this.
Due to a logistical problem our customer service will have delays estimated between 1 and 3 weeks.
We are doing everything we can to send this to you as soon as possible.

I have now waited more than 3 week for an update, so I decided to have a look at the status of the ticket on the Matagot page.
Interestingly it says, that the ticket has been closed...
Any help appreciated
