Do folks prefer an Open build (use what you have as long as you follow the pyramid) or the Standard build (base plus one expansion only)?

I can see Open being very powerful and Standard just making marginal improvements to the original faction.

I'm expecially interested what build they use to play the campaign.

I'm going to start the campaign after Aztec release and FOR SURE I will play Standard. The game is harder, shorter and more balanced then and also I can train proper gaming

Standard seems to have less room for OP combos, given less card to choose from.

OK, so..
Standard: Base + 1 Exp
Open: err, well any want you want

anyway, have few questions, about this standard open builds

decks:
a standard deck its a 30 o 40 card deck

solo deck:
standard: 2 attacks + barbarian 3 attacks/romans 3 on playing area

common deck:
standard: 84 cards+ 1 exp commons

It's a 30 card deck you replace cards to make a deck don't just add new in. There's a good video by the company that illustrates the process.
I believe you do shuffle the Commons right in.
