I can't believe that I missed that you are supposed to rotate the top cards from Dark Alley piles to the bottom of the stack each round!

I just reread the rules book and found that little gem stuck in the paragraph about discarding special assignment cards. It seems a little bit off topic and pretty easy to miss. It isn't mentioned on the round summary on the back of the magician handbooks either...

Anybody else miss this one or just me?

Your click bait title got me.

"After all used Special Assignment cards are discarded, the top card of each Assignment deck is put to the bottom."

But seriously, wow, totally missed this one too. I wonder if the player aids that people have made even have this...?

I suspect that it's being missed because it's a compound sentence.

It really should be two separate thoughts.

No, I didn't miss that actually.

Care to update the title of the thread to not be click-bait?

There's one simple trick to that.

Nope the click bait is funny to me.

And I missed the rule.

And apparently so did a significant number of others.

It's click bait and true... so double funny.

I deliberately play that wrong because otherwise you need to go through all cards each round since only the player sitting next to them can read them. We instead just read out the new cards when drawn.

You should look up "Special Assignment Sheet" in the files section. It is a player aid that puts all the cards on one reference sheet for players on the other side of the table.

It might help your concern.

I also missed it, and now I'm making $2,500 per week working from home using common household chemicals.
