Used to have a game back in the late 80s early 90s which was set in medieval western Europe. Iirc it was a combination of warfare and resource management but mostly resource management. Players took control of a country from England, France, Germany, Spain, and the board was coveted in hexagonals.other than that I believe the box was beige coloured though I could be wrong. The board was assembled from either 4 or 6 parts too. Hope someone can help as I'd love to get a hold of it again.

Other than no hex board, it sounds like Blood Royale

It is blood royale. For some reason I thought it was a hex board. Thanks

Great game too. Me and my brother played this and Fief 2 til they fell apart.
We cut out the pictures of citadel miniatures from white dwarf and used them as standees.
Thanks for nostalgia trip and good luck finding a copy.
