Just making this thread to say thank you to those at Grey Fox Games. I had two minor issues with my copy of London Dread, just a few production mistakes marring what would otherwise be a beautiful game.

I got a response within a day, and my issue was quickly resolved.

Grey Fox truly has excellent customer service, and excellent games to boot

That's great to hear, but what is a production mistake that mars the game but is resolvable?

This is like a riddle and I'm dying to know as I have a copy on the way too but I don't always open my new games for some time.

Thanks.

It might be worthwhile to reconsider this:

Ha! It looks like I felt like being vague while I was writing that.

There was a spot of glue damage on the game board, and some misprinting on one of the player boards. The damage on the board was upsetting (a number on the track was torn), but neither made the game "unplayable".

I got a quick response; they apologized and said they shipped out replacements. I'm a very satisfied customer and more than happy to elaborate on good service

I had an issue with Champions of Midgard, one of the token sheets seemed to be warped & the box was damaged in the corner but that wasn't their fault, it was because of shipping. I contacted GFG, sent them pictures and asked for a new token sheet. Within a few days I received a box with all new tokens, a replacement box and card sleeves! They are definitely one of the better ones.
