The use of luck cards: when dealt to each player, are they entitled to look at the card when dealt? or is it supposed to be revealed only when committed in game play. It seems to read that the use of the card is the first time the player has seen it - ref the bad luck comment regarding vehicle cards in infantry only game.
But it seems more logical that the player knows the card in order to play it at a point in the game that makes sense.

Read it when you draw it.

I like the option of being able to discard a "non-playable" card (such as a vehicle related card in an all infants scenario or an OBA card in a scenario with no OBA, etc.).

You look at when you draw it.

You may stack the deck by removing unneeded cards if you wish, that way you always draw something useful. Shayne Logan also mentioned a fun thing to do is leave in the cards you can't use. Then if you draw something you can't use, you had bad luck

Yes, read it when drawn, and reveal to opponent when played.

Yes, I usually play with all the cards no matter the scenario. Good luck or bad luck.
