Hi all,

With all the stretch goals met, the plane count is the following:

UK:
6 Spitfires
6 Hurricanes
1 Bristol Blenheim
1 Bolton Paul Defiant
1 Gloster Gladiator - ALL Fighters - 15 total planes

GER:
2 HE 111
2 JU 88
2 Do 17
1 JU 87 - Bombers

2 Bf 109
2 Bf 110 - Fighters - 11 total planes

The question is How many more should I get? How many more are you getting?

Any plane with a "1" is automatic for me. This adds 6 fighters to the UK and 2 bombers to GER.
I am leaning toward more fighters for GER. The 4 they have now is too few.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,

TrekkieMC

I went a bit mad on this one as wanted the big map and units made of a few aircraft

I went for the large map
5 packs of Hurricanes
4 Packs of Spitfires
1 of each Blenheims Defiants and Gladiators
4 raf decals

Probably 3 fighters based on 1 base to be moved with the sticks

For the Germans will be 2 bombers 1 fighter per base

went for
2 of 109s He 111s Do17s and Ju88s
1 of 110 and Ju87s
3 luftwaffe decals

and 19 packs of stands

Do you appreciate that the different planes perform no real purpose in the game - basically the game just needs tokens to differentiate between german and british flights, you could use red and blue tiddly winks but that wouldn't look as thematic.

So the reasons for buying different planes are

1) buy the ones you like
2) buy the ones you need for different games

Cheers,

Nigel

I've gone for the big map too but I'm slowly building up a set of corgi fighters and other 1/144 bombers to use instead.

It looked awesome, but I am not sure where I would put a map like that to actually play the game . . .

I thought the same thing. I only saw photos of it but those photos are what made me what to get the game.
