Are you forced to untap cards? Im mainly thinking of cards like Bounty Hunters "Chosen Target" and Shadow Walkers "Tribal Cloak".

Refreshing cards at the start of your turn is not optional.

I didn't get your concern about Chosen Target, but you cannot leave the Tribal Cloak exhausted indefinitely after your first rest action.

Other cards that would be way too good to leave exhausted would be thief's "tumble" or "unseen", or sliritspeaker's "cloud of mist", to name a few.
