Well, technically any copy of the game that you can buy right now is the 2nd edition (2nd printing, whatever you want to call it). The original first editions were only available from the original Kickstarter. The only change between the original and the current version though was to make the player boards slightly thinner to compensate for a problem with them warping over time, so there is nothing to worry about.
The Second Edition of a game is not the same thing as a Second Printing of a game.
Many games go through many, many printings without ever receiving a Second Edition. Also, there are times where a publisher may make small changes (error corrections, etc) between printings without it being considered a Second Edition. A Second Edition will generally have major changes to the game system such as with Mansions of Madness or Descent.
