Yea, we just discovered this during one of our most recent playthroughs. Talk about disappointing. It wouldn't have been that detrimental as I could get past the spoiled story, but the fact that you have to spoil the other in order to get the mechanics to work correctly and make sense was a bummer. We had a quick "well the game is ruined now... do we keep playing?" We opted to continue and have still had fun, however we aren't quite as eager to get back into it like we were.
