My 6 and 3 year old require a lot of time and energy, so I've reached the conclusion 10 pages of rules and an hour and a half playing time is the max weight a wargame in my collection can require in order to see my game table regularly.

I've recently become interested in operational level games in the Napoleonic Era. Games like Arcola: The Battle for Italy, 1796 and Napoleon: The Waterloo Campaign, 1815 are what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I own many in the series and like them, they are however at a tactical scale. Roughly speaking, at operational level you're concerned with an entire campaign.
