when last skull is taken Final Frenzy begin.

1.All players with no damage flip their boards over

2.All players flip over their action tiles.

Manual page 10 say that only frenetic actions are allowed.

Players that did not flip over the boards cannot use adrenaline actions (move-move-grab and move-shoot),
is it right?

thank U.

Did you notice that all frenetic actions are at least equal (or straight better) than adrenaline actions?

Sure, yesterday we play Adrenaline and at last round everyone flip over the board and one player did not because he have damage tokens on it.
He ask me if this mean he can use also adrenaline actions and I have to say that rules do not explicity disallowed it.

I prefer when rules are written in "European game style" and not need to interpretate it but it's a my problem.

something like
"All players flip over their action tiles
only these actions are allowed in the Final Frenzy Round"

thank U

If you want to be precise, the adrenaline actions aren't additional actions, they improve the existing ones on the side "A" of action addon. So, if you flip your action addon to the other side, you no longer have access to old-improved-by-adrenaline actions - you have new ones instead. Frenzy is so strong that it overrides adrenaline.
