I contacted them about getting replacement cards for the misprints in Thebes the Tomb Raiders. The process was a bit wonky and i wasn't sure if my online form request went through but eventually I got an email response and the cards came in the mail.
I didn't mention it above but I did email an employee at Queen (Rajive Gupta) while waiting to ask if they got my request. I'm not sure if I just had to be more patient or if emailing him was what got things moving.
