I had saw someone else had posted on the same topic a long time ago and I saw that people helped him. I found on my carpet a single black cube. It's slightly damaged looking. Being a person who doesn't like ANY missing pieces,it's driving me bonkers. I log my games and can't figure out what game it came from. Can anyone tell me which games in my collection HAVE black cubes so I can check those?

I checked:

Village
Coal Baron
Eight Minute Empire Legends (not really black cubes)
Prime Time
Suburbia
Cinque Terre

Thanks!

I have a small box for errant parts. If I can't identify one, I chuck it in there. When I encounter a missing piece in a game, I know it's in the box.

If you can't find a home for this cube, set up a home for missing pieces.

Pete (used to stress out a lot about the homeless pieces, but now doesn't)

During a holiday sale from Fantasy Flight Games, I bought some random component pieces and brought them to the house we play games at. I'd drop them under the table and leave them by the couch as a joke. Maybe someone is doing the same to you?

Mine is on the shelf that has some room due to storing one of my other hobbies on it (toys from my Transformer toy collection). Sometimes I even know where the pieces go, and they just go on the shelf until I pull that game out again because I'm too lazy to pull it out.

I've got a similar stash on one of my shelves. Currently there are a house from Caylus and a life marker from Catacombs there, if memory serves. Whenever I play those games next I'll put them back home.

I feel for you, but why don't you forget about which game your black cube came from and create a new game that centers around a single black cube, paperclip and a roach? cool
