This is newbie question regarding performing actions:

A. Does everyone place ALL allowable action tiles (ie. select all their actions at once) at the beginning of a specific round and then perform one action in order, one player at a time?

B. Or does each player place 1 action tile, perform the action in player order; then place a second, perform that action in player order, etc. etc.?

B. You take turns performing one action at a time. Your actions are not 'pre-programmed' and you will be adapting your selection to the developing situation on the board.

OK re-reading the rules again makes it clear too, pg.4:
1. Each player takes a number of Action Tiles as indicated in the Actions Column of the Era Display... These Action Tiles are placed on the "Actions" box on the Player Aid Sheet. - I assumed place them on the selected actions.

The next section also makes this clear:
2. ...each player spends one Action Tile. He places the Tile in the appropriate action box on his Player Aid Sheet. He then performs the chosen action. - then, presumably the next player places his action tile and performs his action, then the next player, etc.

Thanks for your help!
