Do you have to move the full stacked range, ie: you have a stack of 3 computery cards in a slot with omnistomp on top, do you have to move the full 3 spaces or can you move 1,2, or 3 spaces?

It's exactly the same as for all other stacks. If you have a 3 card stack then you execute the level 3 ability. You don't have a choice.

Yeah we had an issue with this just tonight, when I needed to move not-three spaces to end up where I wanted. Fortunately, a couple speed cards came up in the draft, and I was able to move 2 and get to the place I wanted!

You might also be able to tow something to slow yourself down.

If you're at the edge of the board it is legal to try to move off the board (straight or strafing) and end up staying your field.

Yes. You can choose to move towards the edge in order to not actually move anywhere.

Also related to stacked effects:

Be aware that the weapon effects shown on many cards also includes the lower-level ranges for stacked effects. For example, when the Fuel Tank detonates as a level 3 card, it affects zones 1, 2, and 3 as shown on the card -- not just zone 3 by itself.
