I'm trying to plan storage and transportation right now and it seems like the base game box is a good candidate for just the maps, neutral cards, instructions, and map tokens.

Based on measuring the one map, it looks like the base box will hold seven maps, could someone verify this?

I only have one map, but I'm getting nearly every map once OS2 arrives.

Edit: One 5p map weights nearly .8kg, so seven (including the big guys should be right around 15lbs/7kg. It's going to be a heavy box, that's for sure.

Let the countdown to OS2 leaving the factory begin!

Beside the volume, i hope you take WEIGHT into account

The figures will be going into foam in my bag. I dunno about the glaciers. I'm looking for maps, tokens, rules, and neutral cards only. Ugh, glaciers. I don't know much space those will take.

I am just trying to figure out if the base game box will hold seven maps.

Maybe I'm missing something, don't you just have to measure/weigh the map you have and times it by 7 and then see if it fits ? whistle

Correct, that assumes they are all the same height which I'm sure is the case and how I came to the conclusion that 7 should fit however I would like someone to verify. The printer changed after the base game and I don't have a large map.
