Hi. Sorry if it is a silly question, but this question arose during our gameplay yesterday (on tabletopia) and I double checked the rules and couldn't find any mention to it, so here it is:

In every austerity cards, in the 3rd round row, right below the iconography that says that in the 2nd round people should get an influence card, there is a grey dot. Is this just background for the card or does it have any gameplay meaning?

It's a hole from a hole punch in the paper sheet (i.e. just decoration)

Note: Everyone I played with has had problems with that thing ...

so did I.....I also had my problems initailly BUT finally you will see the drawings from the background through that hole....after seeing this it should be clear that it`s only a graphical thing..
