Is it true that Wheeling can't go to brown?

Yellow upgrades to #14 which upgrades to 611.. but 611 doesn't have two blank sides.

That's weird for Corp's home station tile.

Yes, as noted after 6.45.

The GT has the same issue, as Port Huron can't upgrade to brown either. Only the NYC's home station can go to brown/grey (it's one of its advantages, which is why the NYC doesn't have any special abilities). The Erie, PA, C&O, and IC home stations are in $10 or $20 gray hexes; they can't even upgrade to *green* tiles.

"Go West, Young Man!"

Then, when you want to run E-W routes, use a N/M train to skip your home station (as long as you have another city with your token left on the route).

There are 4 cities that can only go to green:

Wheeling (can only be a green "X")
Port Huron (can only be a green "peace symbol")
Springfield IL (can only be a green "K")
South Bend (can only be a green "K")
