Dear Member and Friend of Metro Seattle Gamers,

The club schedule has been updated recently. You may see it on the Events and Hours page. http://www.metroseattlegamers.com/schedule

MSG will be hosting its annual Black Friday Open House/Open Gaming session at 10:30 am, Friday, November 25th. Euro games will be the focus. The club will be open to non-members at this time.

We are looking to establish a new RPG GURPS: A Second Campaign this Sunday, November 6th at 1 pm. Use the registration button on the web page to indicate your desire to join in. For non-members of the club they may participate in the first month of this game by requesting a free Trial membership.

We are looking to establish a Diplomacy group for Thursday nights. For those of you who don't know, Diplomacy is very a simple game that is really about how to lead or bluff one's way into conquest...and that is a polite way to describe it. Every gamer should try Diplomacy at least once in one's lifetime. Contact the General Manager for more information, or if you are already a member, please contact Thomas Slater by directly personal message using the club's membership directory or email.

At 7 pm, Friday, November 4th, the club will be hosting a live action RPG session Underground Theater Live Action. This is a onetime session open to that group's existing participants and to members of MSG. Metro Seattle Gamers will be closed to other uses at 7 pm this Friday night. Cory Rueb and DJ Neisinger are MSG's liaisons for this session.

Gallipoli, 1916: Churchill's Gamble will be entering into what will become its final series of playtesting. This game is under development for publication by GMT Games. Contact the General Manager for more information. The schedule will be up in the next week or two.

We are looking to resume playtesting Seven Years War: Frederick's Gamble on either Monday nights or Saturdays. Contact the General Manager for more information.

To the Devil's Cauldron, the largest game ever played at Metro Seattle Gamers, continues its run. XXX Corps is linking up with the Red Devils of Arnhem, while the Germans mass their largest attack to date on Hell's Highway. This is a huge but accessible game. The schedule for December and January have not been set.

Advanced Third Reich is the current game du jour for the Friday Wargaming Session.

The next monthly session of De Bellis Antiquitatis, a fast playing, elegant, and easy to learn miniatures game will be held at 12:30 pm, Saturday, November 12th. This is an excellent game to introduce new players to wargaming.

Thank you for your interest in and support of Metro Seattle Gamers.

Scot McConnachie
General Manager
