My set has a pretty good warp in it and it's irritating me. I have tried flattening them with pressure but it didn't help. I have had cards with minor warping before but it just went away through natural use. These seem to be pretty bad.

Is this a common problem? Is there a way to flatten them, or is it customer service time?

Email QA@upperdeck.com with photos.

I would try putting a stack of 10-20 heavy books on top of the cards for a solid week first though.

FWIW, my Deadpool cards weren't warped.

If they're anything like Dice Master cards, just put them in a pile and sit them between a pile of the heaviest books you can find for a couple days and they should be fine.

Cracked mine yesterday -- also warped. In all the products I have purchased previously, I had never seen this.

If by "warped" you mean slightly curved, mine were like that too. But I just sleeved them up and played a few games with them and they're fine. They still shuffle well with the other cards.

Mine were also warped. Not so badly that they won't flatten eventually in the big box o' Legendary, but it was still disappointing. More problematic was that one card was creased all the way down the side and another was missing completely. In all my Legendary purchases I've only had one other minor problem so I'm hoping Upper Deck will make good on this one as well.

Until then, Bob will be missing a small part of himself.

I just bought this expansion, and my cards were slightly warped too.
But that's not what's bothering me the most : the cardstock is noticeably sturdier than the one used for the rest of the serie, and since I'm not using sleeves, it's annoying for shuffling. It tends to make the cut occur right there each time, and it prevents from doing an even shuffle...
Quite disappointed on the quality of this one...
