we had yesterday first playtest of this beauty!

and we have only one problem/issue with rules, as below:

is it correct, that after action phase, when all stones are on board and all AP are used we have such a order of resolving game phases:

1. we analize all batlles (on worlds where is more then 5 stones) from world 1 to 9 (with cutting number of stones, valhalla etc.)
2. then we analize who control worlds from 1-9 and there where is 5 stones the winning player (if there is one) is puting stone one world power marker spot
3. all worlds with activated power (5 or more stones) are used by player who control it (even if during power sequence) number of stones are cut below 5 and even if all his stones was removed via other powers (when power control is marked by last stone marker)

is it correct?

Yep that looks largely correct. Spend all your action points. Then you can do 1 and 2 simultaneously. Work out where battles will occur, sort them out and show who has control of each world in number order 1-9. Then use world powers in number order 1-9. Then you return any stones from Valhalla to the players' home worlds and adjust the turn order for the next round.
