Recently I mentioned on another thread that I had been shorted a piece from one of the three resin star base sets my pal bought me at GenCon. I had both emailed and called the company to no avail. They reached out to me here and promptly mailed me a replacement.

Thanks to the anonymous company rep for their response.

I think their customer service reps only check their email every 2 weeks.

Ah that would make sense. I was down -1 Federation ship in my copy. Have e-mailed them, got the auto reply, but nothing sold yet. So will wait the two weeks before proding again.

I was being facetious. They just seem insanely slow.

Here's my timeline for requesting a replacement piece:

10/5 sent: I requested a replacement piece
10/5 received: auto-reply
10/15 sent: I asked for an update on my previous request
10/18 received: They asked for my address
10/18 sent: I provided my address
10/25 received: They cannot ship to PO Boxes and asked for an alternate address
10/25 sent: I provided an alternate address
11/1 received: They finally mailed the replacement piece
