Very simple, similar to SH consulting detective. Tested with fun with five people.

1. Put three or more locks randomly at the start of the game (number 1 to 12 some buildings and roll twice d6).
2. All players must return to Baker street at the end of the game, before declaring the common solution.
3. Major victory conditions: not over 45 minutes play & two buildings unexplored
4. Minor victory: not over one hour play
5. Defeat: more than 1 hour playtime or a mistake in the solution.

Divide and organise the paths of the players, discuss about possible solutions.... and in case of old tv/U.S. culture word puzzles ...feel free to use your smartphone.. otherwise frustration will prevail.
Feel free also to modify playtime lenght or number of unexplored buildings(ex. 1 hour for major victory and 1.20 for minor)
