Hi,
After I received my copy of this awesome game I have started unpacking everything and counting it. But After I have opened my Black Ones box I saw that some of them are bended and looks like this:

If this count as damaged figures where should I report this to get a new ones?

Regards,
Robert M.

Dip in hot water for a few seconds to soften, remove, straighten, dip in cold water to harden. No more bendy bendy.

There is a simple solution; dip them in hot water, reposition the model how it should be, then dip in cold water. Sorted.

Edit: what Geoff said

It should be illegal to mishandle minis like that. You definitely have been the victim of a smooth criminal.

This happens regularly with plastic boardgame minis, whatever the manufacturer. Doesn't count as damage.
See hot/cold water trick above.

How hot water are we talking about? Straight from the kettle? Or just too hot for hands? Or just cool enough that you can put your hands in without getting scalded?

I use straight from the kettle and then dip in ice water.

Being a Geek is a sure sign of a sound mind, cause it means you think that life as it is is dull and should be more interesting. Which it is.

You'll save a huge amount of effort using hot water rather than waiting for replacement !

I blow dryer works great too. I use my wife's.

Just remember to put it back. This is how she figured out that I got a new game a few times.

I have found water from my tap is usually sufficiently hot. Of course, this may depend on how hot your tap water is.
