Those are not good numbers for the GOP in the long term, damn.
Demographics alone is not sufficient to get people to vote for you.
If the Democrats learn ANYFUCKINGTHING from this election, its that. Even against the most bigoted campaign in modern US history, you can't rely upon demographics alone to get people to step and vote for your candidate.
You have to have a positive agenda that meets the needs of the people that you want to represent. Hilary lacked that- she was never able to create a vision of what America was supposed to be like in a way that Bill, or Barack Obama, was able to do. Instead, she focused upon specific programs, rather than her hopes for America.
And she got creamed.
Sure, there is a lot of good news for the Democrats in these polling numbers- but those lessons are meaningless if they don't learn the key lesson:
You have to stand for something if you want people to follow you. For better or worse, Republicans felt Trump stands for something, and are willing to bet on him to change things up. Hilary just never had anything close to that.
