Already have The Great War but am thinking of adding either In Flanders Field or Trenchzone as they can be gotten pretty cheaply, which game of these two do players think is the better overall and why?

Also like how in some of the images that certain players have adapated the game to be played with miniatures.

Also would be interested to hear about any other choices that cover small scale trench warfare.

i have only played flanders field and i have to say i have enjoyed the 3 times i played so far.

You can kinda compare it to can't stop with a ww1 theme. the first one who crosses the trenches wins the game.

This is a very light, slightly abstract game, aka Can't Stop with machine Guns.

If you want a game with more trench/tactical flavour try No Man's Land: Trench Warfare 1914-1918
