Re: Missing component - one Oracle Die
Received today (one day later) an email for the Pegasus costumer service apologizing for the inconvenience of the missing component, saying that they will send the missing die right away.
That's what i call an amazing costumer service.
One note though, i sent a second email for email@example.com and the first through the contact service of Pegasus, and the response come from the latter one.
The Oracles had heard my call.
