Exactly what the subject says. I'm looking for a small and portable Worker Placement game that is light or mid weight and plays at least 2-4. Thanks guys.

Tiny Epic Kingdoms

I'm not sure if its technically a worker placement (like Power Grid) but you do choose or occupy a location and take an action, which in turn gives others alternate actions.. The spot determines how you manage your resources...

I would consider it light/mid-weight.. and it is certainly portable.

I also have Tiny Epic Galaxies, but I haven't played it yet...

Harbour is also a light/mid-weight, portable worker placement game, that's a lot of fun...

Spyrium seems like the right answer. I've never played it but it's quite popular.

Spyrium is the game you are looking for.

Box is already small, and its even smaller if you take it out.

Tons of tiny choices, adds up to a weighty game with deceptively light rules.

It's not released yet, but Mint Works sound perfect for what you are looking for!
