Hi Hannibal players,
I just got my first copy of Hannibal (different art work than the picture above) in new/unpunched condition from ebay. The cards were still shrink wrapped, the boards unpunched. Everything looked great till I figured out that the 13 plastic stands for the generals were not in the box. Is there a place I could check out for subs for these stands. I didn't pay that much for the game, so would like to keep it. Any ideas?

Since I use (awesome) miniatures for that game, I have 10 of the plastic stands that came with the Valley Games edition. Would you like them, and if so are you going to BGG.con?

No, I wont be able to go this year. But thank you for the offer. But maybe I could mail you a letter with a pre-paid stamp and you could mail it back to me? Just a thought. But I am also interested in your awesome miniatures and what they look like and any advice you have for how you made them. Thanks

I just tried ordering stands from PNP and man was their contact person snippy. They wont budge on their $12 minimum order.

Try

https://www.thegamecrafter.com/parts#category=Stands

or

http://www.boardgameextras.co.uk/item.php?id=1196&name=+rect...

instead. I will order from the latter probably once they have red ones back in stock. Im looking for extra stands for HIS, VQ, Successors, etc.

thank you for showing me this site. However, I would need to buy $12 worth of stands, which would be 85 of them. I am going to keep looking for another option. But thank you for responding.

Geoff, yes these sites look better. I will think about these. Also, you mentioned HIS. Do you know what is a great resource for someone trying to learn that game. I have a copy and want to break it out for the 500 year anniversary but have no clue how to get the ball rolling. Any ides where to look? Thanks

Yes, of course. I'll send you my address in a PM. I might possibly have a few more extra stands from other games; I'll check.

They came I think as a kickstarter bonus or something like that. They're pretty rare. My good friend

painted them for me several years ago, and I made some labels to enhance them a bit. These aren't mine but they look similar:
