Looking at the Megacon website, minis aren't in the normal retail version, but you can get the retail version + minis, or you can also order a set of the minis separately (for a really good price, too: $20 for 30 minis is a steal IMO).

Yeah, those minis are such a great deal that I picked up more. Great for RPG's, table top war games, etc!
