does anyone sell the clear plastic peg receptors attached to the FFG ships seperately?

I'm going with the SSB A-wings, having picked up dials and cards seperately for a fraction of the cost, but would like them to be at the same height given by the pegs on the FFG ships. Clear plastic preferably.

Are these X-wing ships?

Or others you are converting to use with X-wing?

If the later, I'm not sure they will be tournament legal.

Most importantly, You will also need the bases.

But no. I have not seen just the stand receptacle that glues to the ship sold separately.

I have everything I need, save the bit that joins the ship to the peg... I could do without, but it would then be slighty lower than the other ships.

I play for fun, have no interest in tournaments, so couldn't give a toss about legality. I'm pretty sure the Star Courier I have won't be either :D

Yeah, definitely not tournament legal. Don't know of any official channels that sell them specifically but you could just buy some clear plastic tubing from a hobby supply store/website. Alternatively you might be able to get lucky and be able to pick them up off someone who has removed them from their ships doing a magnet conversion.
I like the more accurate scale of the SSB A-wings, I did a magnet conversion one one.

The obvious solution is to cut the female ends off some ship pegs...

Depending on the size and shape of a ship, I often play with some ships taller/higher than others, so that if/when they bump, the bases can touch cleanly and easily.

Just my

that is a good idea - and annoyingly obvious with hindsight
