Anyone know what card games or smaller boats games are good to play. Ideally one with a M:tG feel or onec with good mechanics, that can also be played with two people, though am open to suggestions! :-)

Onirim, Sylvion, and Castellion are all unique solo games that can be played with a second player. None of them have a huge footprint, but Sylvion is definitely the largest.

Also, check out Friday.

Lord of the Rings: Card game works with one and two. Not the smallest footprint, though.

Friday is purely solo, but it's a pretty interesting game. It can be quite a challenge, and has 4 different difficulty levels. So once you get good enough to beat one level consistently, you can move up a level.

It also plays quickly once you have the mechanics down, and it sets up and puts away quickly as well.
