Should basic weakness rotate between scenarios is a single campaign?

Or should deck get stuck with 1 random weakness determined before 1st scenario throughout whole campaign?

After you start the campaign, your deck remains the same and can only be modified in-game by card effects and between scenarios following the experience spending rules.

Can you look at weakness card added to the deck at the start of campaign ? I assume yes, but adding card as last step of deckbuilding can indicate, that is it unknown for you till first draw.

Officially you are always allowed to know the contents (but not the order) of your deck. Many people house-rule to not know their random weakness until drawn though as it's fun that way

Turns out Esseb did touch the flag. Don't tell him I said so though.

Well unless you don't draw it in the first game and then have to look at it anyway as you edit your deck (or you try to squint through your deck and hope you don't see it)
