My Secret Santa is giving me assignments. I don't know how to move his question into a new thread on the Secret Santa discussion page. I'm guessing old-school cutting and pasting is not the proper way.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Can you give me a link to where you want to move it? Do you want to start a new thread, like you did here, or reply to a thread, like I am doing?

But either way, yes, quoting and copying/pasting is the way to go. If you hit reply, the message should have

q="indigopotter" (but with Santa's name)

and a q in brackets at the end.

If you keep that formatting, it will show the text as quoted.

Thanks! Looks like copy and paste is the way to go.
