1)Rule 14.1.2 say "each combat that has at least one unit with a volley fire marker has a +1 DRM during the combat (att. or def.)" but the TABLE (CF Modifiers) say : "+1 AF for each unit using volley fire".
Which is correct ?

2)The same question for cavalry charge is not clear : +2/+1 for each cavalry/dragon charging ? or only +2/+1 if there is a cavalry/dragon charging ?

3)Two artillery/redoubt units, from one hex, are bombarding the same hex : both can fire correct ? can you add the two artillery for one stronger attack factor ? or you must bombard with each unit separately ?

Thanks in advance for your answers Massimo

1. A combat unit with a Volley Fire marker has its AF increased by 1. The Table is correct, and I'll ask to have the addenda file amended to address the rule wording.

2. Remember, units attack individually. Each cavalry/dragoon unit that charges has the appropriate modifier.

3. Again, units attack individually. You cannot add them together, but they can bombard the same target. Again, remember as well per my earlier answer, all attacks by units from an activated formation must be declared before any are resolved. There may be times when a unit's declared attack/bombardment is wasted because the targeted enemy unit retreated or was eliminated earlier on.

Enjoy!
