My 11 year old is huge into superheroes and comics. As well we all love games but it's getting harder to get him to join in these days. We were at a board game store and he was really keen on Marvel Munchkin - except the hubby played original Munchkin at a gathering and didn't think too highly of it. So I'd like to get my son a superhero themed game (he's not preferential to Marvel or DC) that plays well for the 4 of us (my younger son is 7 but quite bright and loves games). If it's stocking stuffer sized, even better, as it will be shipped to our destination and then coming home in a suitcase. Thanks!

This. Vastly superior to DC Deckbuilder.

Also Love Letter: Batman

I don't like Munchkin either, but if it got my kid to the table, I'd do it. Completely agree with the suggestions for Legendary too

There is Sentinels, non-licensed,bright and colorful.
