I'm not thinking in throwing it out. It's so good (except for the sleeved cards problem) cry

I tossed mine out, so I am not sure about its layout, but with many inserts you can use an exacto knife to cut pieces out of the plastic to make room for the sleeves - sometimes cutting off the corners of the inlay part which holds the cards does the trick

I don't sleeve most of my games including this one however I have used an ex-acto knife in the past to carve out room for pieces to fit better into the insert.

Here is my solution.
I simply cut off the circled part of the insert, and then made sure most of the cards are in the other socket to reduce sleeve-edge bending a bit further more.

I did the same thing I do with most of my games: use an additional tuckbox. It's annoying to have to keep track of tuckboxes outside the original game box, but it's a quick lazy solution.

+1 for doing away with the insert. There should be an association dedicated to print out LEAVE ENOUGH ROOM FOR SLEEVED CARDS pamphlets and send one each week to every game publisher so they do not forget.
