The Tremendous Troll is H4-4 / 6 two-circled.

Is the two-circled its attack speed and six is it's manuever?

If its two circled, is there anyone who can avoid it once it flips on them? That's a pretty fast attack. (If the answer is -- don't get picked up by the troll -- that makes sense, I'm just checking).

Yes - the two-circled is attack speed and six is maneuver.
And, yes, don't get picked up by the Troll, though there are a few characters that can maneuver at speed 2.

8.4.7 Special Monsters:
d. When a Tremendous monster is red side up, it has picked
up its target and is trying to tear him apart. The monster’s attack
time is in a circle (instead of with a harm letter) to signify that
the monster is holding his target. When the monster hits its
target, instead of inflicting harm it just kills the target outright.
