Hi,

Is there an intention to make the Quickdraw rule from MBT applicable to Panzer and it's expansions or is it not considered applicable to WW2 era combat?

Without looking it up, is that some form of firefight, best dice-roll-shoots-first deal?

No. It allows a better grade unit to Fire simultaneously at an opponent that is firing at it, provided it meets the requirements.

It's included in Panzer Expansion 4: France 1940.

Thanks Jim, and just to confirm, when using this in conjunction with staggered initiative FPU means simply the unit who won the current initiative die roll rather than the designation following the initial initiative die roll (ie that will be followed in the streamline movement phase)?

Correct, FPU is the unit who won the current initiative die roll.
