Design Concept thumbsup

Areas for design improvement:
- The 'flames/nebula' are too overpowering. For me it acts as the primary visual focus and obscures the insignia. If I did not know this was 'Star Trek' it would take a bit of time for my brain to realize that. Perhaps tone down 'flames/nebula', pull back the areas that overlap the insignia a bit, and increase the contrast or reduce the transparency of the insignia.

- The dark letters on a dark background make the "DEV' not legible.

Maybe rotate the 'flames/nebula' clockwise an eighth of a turn so the dark letters are over a light background. This will also move the top part that obscures the top of the insignia off to the side and lets the insignia shape be more recognizable.

It is very pretty but the symbol does get overwhelmed. Maybe if it were out front?

I'd second what the others have said. The components are lovely, but they don't quite work together yet. Having the top part of the insignia appear in front of the flame would improve things I think, and the text needs to stand out a bit more. Perhaps a glow behind it?

Looking forward to seeing Mk.II !

It is in the chest-boards-custom boards. The board scales automatically based on the image size.

I like this better. If I recall you're doing different colors for each type of card right?

The reason colors might be called for is that the font (Missions here) is a little hard to read and so hard to sort.

Mk II is better. The insignia is now the visual focus.

I like the aura/halo effect around the insignia from MK I rather than the black line outer border in MK II. The second line makes the insignia look 'bloated' as if it has been on too many 5 Year Missions and has the middle age spread going on.
