I just wanted to register a compliment for Z-Man's customer service department. I recently discovered that my copy of Cacao: Chocolatl was missing the wood chocolate pieces. I visited their website on 11/22/16 and filled out the very easy to find/complete request form.
I received my replacement pieces on 11/29/16. I never expected such prompt response, especially given the very busy Thanksgiving/Black Friday related holidays and vacations, as well as the fact that they are shipping from Canada.
